Arcturian Channel - January 10, 2004

Q: Participant Question
A: Channeled Answer

Channel: Tonight is January 10, 2004. I ask to be a clear and perfect
channel of the highest light for all concerned. I ask to express my
appreciation for those that are here that will be asking questions.
And my appreciation to those on the other side who will be answering
them. Please bring in my guides and angels, and the guides and angels
of those present. And ETs who might like to address this group.

A. When we start to awake, often there is some sleep in our eyes. We
take our hand and use our knuckle and remove the sleep. This is what
we see you doing. Removing some of the crusted beliefs, some of
residue from your experience in order to see more clearly. In order
to imagine more clearly. As you do this, we want you to be aware that
that which you see may differ from your preconceptions. It may be
more vast, more grand than your conceptions. It's from this space
that we come tonight. From the space of grand possibilities, from the
openness, from the vacuum, from the infinite. And from this
perspective, what is not possible? What is it that could not be
created? Is there anything? Or is this limited by your imagination?
Will what is possible change as you see more clearly, as you imagine
grander adventures? Is there a limit? Is there a boundary? We do not
know. We haven't found one yet, ourselves. We don't think you will
for a very long time.

Bear this in mind as you make your plans. Surrender to the oneness of
infinite possibility. Realize that through your choice you are free
to create that which you desire. Anything you can imagine, you are
free to create. That's the lesson for tonight. Are there any
questions?

Q. Can you tell us what the different groups that are associated with
you might do to help the earth to clean up the problems it has in
making the transition to a mature planetary culture?

A. Maturity has two aspects. The aspect that we might call strategy,
and the aspect that we might call action. There has been plenty of
action on Earth, with very little strategy. What we mean is, no clear
strategy. No cohesive planetary goals. All you do is run around and
solve problems that others of your kind have created. This sort of
spinning of the wheels will get you nowhere. But now, once you know
there is somewhere to go, you might begin to think differently. Those
of you in a position to operate freely, can already begin to think
differently. You can already begin to plan, and to strategize, and to
imagine. You can begin to get your hopes up. So what we ask, is that
you start to raise your hopes; and we can assist with that. We can
make suggestions. But we realize that the power of your imagination
is yours alone. That the power to create from your imagination is
yours alone. So while we might have ideas, you have the power to
manifest those ideas. As to particulars, we'd like you to start... by
suggesting a problem. A problem that you wish to solve.

Q. What of the political problem of the control and domination by a
few of the whole planet?

A. Look into the question of domination from an analytical
perspective. What are the instruments of domination? Are these few or
many? How strong are these instruments, what do they depend on? What
are they sourced from? If you can find the source of their power,
that is, the power of their manipulation, and you can remove that
source and align it with the new, higher, source then you will find
that what you see as "domination" today may become "guidance"
tomorrow. One man's "strong man" is another man's "leader." One
man's "imperial majesty" is another man's "dictator." It's a question
of perception for human kind. Whether they view those "imperial
majesties" as something positive or something negative. If your
perception changes, then your experience changes, and you can be more
in joy. If you can change your perception around power then you may
find that you embrace power yourselves. Then you can play the role
of "imperial majesty" equally to the roles that you currently enjoy.
As you train yourself and you study these different roles you'll be
amazed at the variety of human experience. You'll be able to learn
that its all sourced ultimately in the same thing. And it's a source
that's available to each of you from you own role, from your own
path. Each of you has the ability of finding that source and coming
from that source for each of your actions. So what we can do is guide
you gently to realize your own power. This is the core issue. What
power do you have? Does this power extend into the material plane?
Does this power extend into the spiritual heavens, into the spiritual
planes? If you can answer these questions then you can begin to shine
as an example of an enlightened and empowered being.

This is the result that we see for you. Large number of enlightened
and empowered beings walking around greeting each other and playing
out their roles with respect to each other. Learning from each other,
developing a culture based on acceptance of divine source and divine
power. A culture based on creativity... the infinite creativity of
materialization, of manifestation. Imagine what that world would be
like for you personally... as you sit home, you are able to manifest
and create whatever you think about. Start imagining what that would
be like. Play it forward a few days, after the time you are tired of
manifesting toys and just the symbols of power, and imagine what you
might yearn to manifest once the training is over. What really would
you do with your magic? What would you create? What makes any
difference? Those are the sorts of meditations that can help you get
deeper and deeper into your true being. Those are the sorts of
instruments that we can supply to guide you, to develop a deeper
understanding of who you are. Do you have another place of concern?

Q. That's all for now.

A. Are there other questions?

A. We would like to talk about finances. It has come to our
attention, as many of you know, that the financial condition of many
of those on the path, so called, is less than optimal or acceptable.
We view this, in the light of what we've just said, to be an anomaly.
We view this with very great interest. Because the financial
dimension appears to be one way in which humans give away their
power. The love of money, the dependence on money, the allure of
money is one of the innate attractions of the human material
condition. Releasing a dependence on money will take some adjustment.
And yet it is possible. It is possible to move forward and take steps
without concern for the financial consequences. This freedom is an
important step in the ultimate goal of personal freedom. So money
training, using money to look at your own mental process, is a very
powerful tool. Please take these steps every day.

Look at your money, love your money, and see your money as an
extension of yourself. As a kind of covering that you wear, and
decide how you want to invest it, what you want to keep, what you
want to let go of. Because many of the thought forms and ideas
clustered around your money may be things you want to let go of. So
imagine your money as a costume and on that costume are embroidered
the many messages that you have in your mind around money. Read those
messages to yourself and decide which ones you find supportive and
which ones you'd rather not continue to believe. The one's you do not
want, imagine the writing, the embroidery, becoming unstitched.
Letter by letter it's pulled out of the fabric and just let go into a
stiff breeze that carries it away. It's just a thread in this fabric.
Watch as the tunic gets unburdened from all these messages.

Take a moment to do this each time you have financial concerns. Look
and see what the message is that you are wearing, that you have
written into the fabric you are wearing, and unstitch those messages
that are no longer supportive, that are no longer true to your
highest understanding of who you are. As you do this you will notice
that the fabric feels, the clothing fits better, that the costume has
its own powerful support for you. It can be warm, it can be
beautiful, it can be well cut, and it can allow you to move with ease
to accomplish what you wish to accomplish. As you wear it and you use
it, you are mobile, it's not tying you down, but is supporting you in
an environment that it's adapting you to.

Money is an adaptation, it's an interface, between what you really
are and the place that you find yourself physically. So money is kind
of like a veil. It's a way that you can interact with certain regions
of your reality in the same way that the etheric veil allows you to
interact with certain unseen worlds. Money allows you to interact
with a certain non-physical world of numeric figures and accounts,
accounting. So as you pay attention to this golden veil you will find
that you can look and step into it. By steeping toward it, you can
surround yourself in a golden suit, a golden covering, that allows
you to move around in the golden money world. With that thought
you'll find it's easier to be in that world, in that dimension. And
when you wish, you can back out from that golden world, step back
from the veil that covers it, into your essence, and move into other
worlds as well. You have the freedom to come and go from all these
other worlds as well. Its just a matter of wearing the right clothes
for the right conditions. Are there any other questions?

Q. Can you tell us a little bit about the belief that many have
concerning something called NESARA, that there are those that believe
that this is an impending announcement that large sums of finances
that have previously been blocked to light workers will suddenly
become available? Can you comment on whether this is an accurate
description of events that are being played out now?

A. NESARA is one of those things that we find puzzling, or amusing.
It's a puzzle within a puzzle. It's sourced in fear. It's sourced in
an attempt to right a wrong that doesn't exist. The real problem is
empowerment and human psychological change. Not the particular legal
framework that is the natural consequence of that psychology. If you
maintain a psychology of disempowerment and disenfranchisment, then
the legal systems will naturally align themselves around that. The
money is just a way of keeping score in that context.

The ideas behind NESARA are to right a perceived wrong, a perceived
inequity. But the analysis is flawed. The difficulty is not with
those who have money, or even with those who do not have money. The
difficulty is in the human belief system that allows them to feel
disempowered when they play one role or the other. This sense of
disempowerment actually occurs across all financial classes. Those
who may have a great deal of wealth one day may feel quite anxious
about it, since they are concerned about what will happen if they
lose that wealth. In that sense that mentality continues to power a
disempowerment psychology.

So the trick is to go deep, to wear the right clothes in the right
domain, to have confidence that you have flexibility no matter which
domain you are exploring. You have the flexibility to put the tools,
all the tools that you need, in your service. Perhaps a way to think
about this is how you can be of service. Many people ask to be of
service to God. But how can you be of service to you as God? How can
you wear your God given clothes, your God given covering, in such a
way that you're serving All That Is, through you. How can you be more
Godlike? How can you serve that God within you to be all
encompassing, all loving, all caring?

From that perspective, the money is just a tool. Loaning money is
just a tool, paying interest is just a tool. All these things are
part of the money world but not in and of themselves a bad thing.
They are just ways of keeping score in that world. Part of the
dynamic of that world. Changing the rules in that world will do no
good unless you change the desire of the individuals to play a game
there. The more individuals that wish to play that game, the stronger
the rules and the more important the rules will be to them. If fewer
individuals wish to play that game, they'll be playing other games,
they'll make up different rules.

Think of the times that you have been without money, that you haven't
needed money. For many of you this may take you back to your
childhood. Well, what did you do with your time? How did you use it?
What was your joy? Take yourself back to that place of freedom, and
look to see if you are spending your time as playfully and as wisely
as you did then. Think of all you accomplished through your play.
Think of all you learned, the places you went. Imagine that for
yourself now, that same freedom. To use your imagination and to use
your resources to move in a Christ like and a Godlike way through
your world. How much money did He have? What did He need? Think about
that. What was his joy? Are there other questions?

Q. Can you give us some feedback on how effective the efforts of
those who continue to do exercises that would promote a mass showing
up? In other words, giving a positive response to the question `Do
you wish that we show up' that was asked by a group of ETs? And
whether the efforts of those around the planet to do manifestation
exercises and to continue to spread this message and contemplate it,
whether that is affecting the mass consciousness in a way that will
bring about this mass showing up in the short term?

A. Yes, well, several people are very excited, but overall few people
are interested. The mass of humanity is still asleep, as I'm sure you
know. We would say the exercise has taught us quite a lot about the
human psychology and how it adapts to possible change. It's a bold
move to ask for the extraterrestrial presence. It's a huge step into
the unknown. And as we suspected, many people are not quite ready for
such a big step.

In a way, to get ready for a big step, you have to come to a
standstill yourself. And that's what we see happening now . The world
coming to a halt, to a contemplative moment where you will be able to
go within and decide what to do next. We are excited by this process
of deep contemplation, of deep dialogue that's beginning to occur.
Through your internet people are connecting to others of like mind
and beginning to ask the real questions. They are beginning to find
the threads of truth that lead them to the answers. This process is
only just beginning, but it is an important force to be reckoned
with.

People are not fooled as easily as they once were. There is no more a
monolithic mind which can completely block alternative experiences.
But what we see happening in this cauldron, this stirring of
possibility, is a number of eddies forming, a number of separate
circles, separate groups, each of which manifests a kind of vacuum of
possibility. Each circle, which creates enough space for something
new to occur. These circles happen in many places and what we expect
is that these will be the spots where the human consciousness will
choose to manifest the extraordinary. As these lightbulbs go off in
these different regions, the information can spread out from these
places into the wider consciousness. From there, the next step is a
shift in the quality of the whole consciousness. This is the moment
you have asked about. The moment in which many craft appear in the
skies. We think there really are several decisions before that might
occur. And the first decision is the very local one that has to do
with the creativity of small groups of human beings.

And the second step is communicating about what just happened, as
these groups connect with each other they share their experiences and
what they've created. And this sharing, these conduits, begin to cut
through the mass consciousness in a filamentary way, a network of
lines where the substance, the conviction, that had been present is
now sliced through and what is opened is the vacuum of possibility.
As this filamentary network grows, it becomes more and more open,
more and more accepting of the extraordinary.

Several months from now there will be the possibility, if this
continues, of a larger event which is witnessed by more people, five
hundred or several thousand; and those people will know their power
in creating the manifestation. So they will communicate in a more
powerful way to those around them, the possibilities for this second
or third stage. The possibility of doing this will spread rapidly and
several groups may try it. At this point the same process continues
with larger attempts and larger effects. This is what we see as a
natural way of spreading the word and spreading the power of
possibility.

It's important in this process to imagine you are in control of it.
Because you are in control of it and the truth of it is something
that will help you do your work. So take as an assumption that you
are the ones directing the show and begin to create in small ways and
then in larger ways as you learn the technique and learn the
procedure. Build slowly and build strongly and you'll have the proper
foundation for moving ahead and creating the world of your desires.
Are there other questions?

Q. I have a question. I have been experiencing for several years a
lot of sacred geometry field around me and inside my body and
spreading light around and working and activating the field inside
the pyramid of Egypt. I would like to know how that is serving
humanity and is the field around the Pyramid in Egypt or other
pyramids around the world being activated or recognized today? Is
there a shift happening?

A. Your own energetic component is a mirror of the larger components
of the world in which you live. Your inner pyramid is a facet of the
outer pyramid. So the sacred geometry that you see is your personal
solution to the equations. Your personal perspective on these grand
interdimensional structures. The pyramids in Egypt are another kind
of solution to a slightly different problem. But they also are a form
that echoes the interdimensional structures. And yes, there is much
work being done at present on the interdimensional pyramids. Many can
see this and many are cooperating with this process. Does that answer
your question?

Q. Is there a lot of new energy field being activated around the
pyramid to help to raise peoples consciousness?

A. There is much work being done in the inner dimensions and
the `inter' dimensions. This has the effect of shifting the lattice
work upon which your world depends. So in this sense, yes, much is
being done in these areas. Activation is a word that some use for a
process for strengthening the interdimensional fields, making them
more coherent, more rigid, if you will, in their architecture. We are
not sure that this was the purpose of your question. Was there
something else? Any other questions?

Q. You mentioned earlier that in order for the world to shift it
would have to come to a standstill. What do you mean by that?

A. The standstill is the same one that you have when you get home
from work and take a deep breath and decide what you are going to do
with your evening. It's moment in time when you step away from the
have to, to the want to. It's the moment you pause to reflect. It's
the moment you realize you have been in a dream you've been in a
controlled sequence of events where you have had to respond according
to your higher choices. Just as at work, you have to be attentive and
you have to respond according to your higher choice to have a job.

When you leave your work and you get back home you have a different
sort of choice, which is what to do with your free time. In the same
sense, we see the world has been in a mode of having to continually
respond to its earlier choice to evolve along a certain path. It's
earlier choice to play certain dramatic sequences to the hilt to find
their meaning and to express their consequences to the others, to us.
Now, as you find that scene no longer captivates you, you will have a
moment to pause and reflect. The world as a whole may go from one act
to another act, may take a deep breath and decide what to do next.

As you are aware of this impending moment, you are able to start
thinking about what you might like to have in the next act. What you
might like to have in the sequel, so to speak. Will this involve the
dissipation of material structures? It could. Many material
structures can dissipate quite easily if the energy behind them is
removed. If you look at one of your cities you'll notice that it's in
constant renewal. Buildings coming down, new buildings being built.
With the right orientation things can change very quickly on the
material plane and soon people can forget without the physical
reminders. So in the same way systems can change almost overnight.
And without the institutional and procedural reminders people can
step along different and new paths. Does this address the important
elements of your question? Any other questions?

Q. Could you give an idea of what the specialty is of some of those
races that were involved behind the Ederman message, in terms of how
they could assist in the awakening of humanity?

A. One of the races is from Tau Ceti. They're specialists in intrigue
and determining motivations of cloaked societies. They understand the
ways that subterfuge can cripple a system. So they would be excellent
contacts for undercover work.

Those from Centaurus have an open society, a trusting and loving one,
so they would be useful to you as you begin to design the social
rules for an alternative to a combative or competitive social
structure.

Those from Lyra have an affinity for origins and ancient histories.
So they would be useful to you to understand the past in order to
transform it. As you understand your past and your origins you may be
able in consciousness to go back, pattern by and pattern, peel off
the layers of the onion, and find your true nature. They would be
excellent guides in this process, this psychological process for
humanity, of understanding its motivations and its history and how it
came to be.

Those from Rigel have escaped a fate worse than yours. They have a
certain resilience, a certain toughness which many of you might
admire. They have a kind of confidence that you would find becoming
and inspiring. They have become quite grounded in their inner lives
because of their experience. We find that they might be of assistance
in making a connection to what is eternally present within you.

The Arcturians are the overall guides or administrators of the
contact experience. They have a desire generally to see this go well.
To see you learn as much as possible by this process and to assist
you in any way they can. However, their affinity is to the future of
the planet as a whole and they tend to have a hands-off approach as
much as possible. They will tend to do the least amount of work for
the greatest effect. You'll find them to be efficient and quite
creative in this. They may be useful to you in learning how to play,
how to wait for the right timing, and how to do the very few
important things that you must do to succeed. Does that answer your
question?

Q. Could you just add some of those races not within the Ederman
message? I'm thinking of the Pleiadians and the Sirians. What are
their specialties and how could they assist if we asked them?

A. The Sirians, firstly, are responsible for much of your condition.
They are the original builders of your grid, the architecture on
which your planet was based. So therefore they are useful in
discerning the sacred geometry and discerning the physical laws of
your home world. They can help you also in constructing the new grid,
in constructing a new system that is appropriate for your next
challenges. So we would say that the Sirians are excellent allies in
the strategic design work that lies ahead.

And the others you will find on an individual basis are mirrors for
your own history, for your own being, and as you look into those
mirrors you will find a deeper and deeper understanding of your own
truth, the truth of your own being. As you interact with them, as you
bring them into unconditional loving embrace, you will find there's a
lot to learn. There's a lot that you will overcome as you embrace
them, as you learn to interact with them. You will find the power of
your heart, as you suggested in the mediation, will be useful in this
embrace.

But also the power of the mind, the power of the divine intelligence,
to show them what their connection and what their true spirit looks
like. For as you work with them, you'll be teaching them as much as
they teach you. You'll be teaching them to be fearless, and to be
open, to be creative, and to be loving. And it's these lessons that
you have for many other races. These lessons that humanity has for
the other worlds, that are some of the most precious lessons that we
know of.
