IDENTIFYING THE MOTIVATIONS & ACTIVITIES OF EXTRATERRESTRIAL RACES
Anyone intending to practice Track Two Galactic Diplomacy requires some understanding of the extraterrestrial races interacting with humanity, and an appreciation of their various motivations and activities. What follows is based on an ongoing research project to develop a comprehensive typology of the most significant extraterrestrial races interacting with humanity. The original report from which this information is drawn is quite long (17,000 words - click here for original), so it is recommended that you read the following information in the four sections that respectively describe the various extraterrestrial races in terms of their relationships with government agencies. The following typology is largely based on information from a variety of whistleblowers and contactees which provides the most reliable information on extraterrestrial races. Other sources will only be used to augment these in order to give a more coherent description of these races. The tables summarizing the motivations and activities of the various extraterrestrials races are evaluations based on the most accurate available information and are intended to give a reasonable assessment of the impact of these extraterrestrial races on human society. It needs to be stressed that the following information will undergo further revision as more reliable information is gained.
